A UNIQUE METEORITE!

NOT FOUND IN ANY WORLD METEORITE COLLECTION!

Attention Space Exotics Hunters!

Collectors, Designers, Researchers and Scientists, Businessmen willing to make a profitable investment and everyone interested.

This is a first announcement made on a STONY ORIENTED METEORITE- ACHONDRITE with a unique structure created by the atmosphere of outer space and earth resembling head of a snake turned into stone or Python's Head.

Meteorite from a private collection is a finding. It was discovered on the 18th of April, 1998 about 30 km southwest of Tula in the bottom of a scour at a depth of 25-30 sm beneath the surface of prolific layer in the private garden. It attracted me by its unusual shape and color.

It weighs  3530gr and its specific weight is 2,550 gr/sm3.

 The rock is 320mm long.

It's cross size varies from 25x45 mm in the front part, to 70x80 mm in the middle and 80x120 mm in the back. The rock's surface is covered by superfine melt - glazed caked crust approximately 1 mm thick. It's clearly seen on the fracture edge and covers the rock from every quarter like a thin egg-shell.

Melting crust is the best evidence of meteorite.

The color of crust is matte light-brown. The surface crust layer has got a matte rough solid structure with varieties from yellow-orange-reddish to brownish tinges resulting from oxidation of upper layer due to contact with earth and atmospheric oxygen.

The unusual color of the rock is supplemented by an original painting on all it's surface made by brown twisting and dominating parched brooks running with unbelievable unpredictability along the rock's body. This pattern demonstrates how the molten crust substance was flowing down up meteorite's surface and splashing around in drops (that could be seen on the back of the rock). The structure of these "brooks" is crystalline dark-brown and the separate sides change from matte and rough to smooth and glittering.

Regmaglypt relief is clearly seen on the rock's surface.

The rock's outline is smooth with furrows and rounded dents stretching here and there, most prominent in the head whereas on the sides one can see stiffen ripple marks.

The fresh cute is almost round from 72mm to 80mm in diameter (made right after the rock was found) consists of three zones (clusters) with various structure of crystallization from minor crystalline (fine-grained) to vitreous, the color varies from light ash-grey to dark-grey.

The meteorite has got a rare oriented aerodynamic shape of a snake's head turned into stone - Python's Head with a unique three-dimensional geometry

with a short curved "body" (approx 30 degrees relative to axis). It's sizes correspond to natural sizes of Python's head and body. The curved body contour and raised head create an illusion of movement frozen in stone.

Look at this picture - what a striking resemblance of messenger from Heaven with a living being! I hope you've already told the difference between natural pythons and stony ones (I'll give you a hint -there are only four lively pythons on the picture). And that is one of the reasons of meteorite's conditional name "Head of Python".

The second reason (I would call it intriguing and mystical) is the inclusion in the shape of Russian capital letter "П" on the rock's split. Don't you think that the combination of these two factors in one rock sent from Heaven make us feel very close to something mysterious and sacred. Moreover ancient legends told about unearthly origin of snakes and according to one of old myths on world creation a python was considered to be predecessor of civilization.

A unique shape of the rock's body with an exceptional aerodynamics,

is also associated with a "spaceship"

that is of great scientific value relative to the rock's body transformation during its flight in the atmosphere.

Since the meteorite has successfully passed the tests in superlong "aerodynamic tube" exceeding the maximum value, it could be a "prototype" of a spaceship. Inspite of such tough conditions the rock did not fall into pieces and was flying to Earth strictly following the trajectory without rolling.

There are several obvious facts to prove the rock's flight stability:

  • its unique gaunt aerodynamic shape with smooth changes and thickening in the body back and three symmetrical heights resembling flight stabilizers in the rock's back upper part, one of which is 20mm high, located in the center and the two others at the edges are approx 10mm high;

  • clear regmaglypt relief on its surface;

  • caked brooks of melting crust running along the rock's body.

This is a genuine work of outer-space art!!!

A piece of unknown mysterious world.

A most common meteorite is a mere shapeless cobblestone that is of no interest from an aesthetic viewpoint.

It's common knowledge that the majority of space rocks does not reach the ground burning in the atmosphere. Only a few mostly big samples land as they are able to endure temperature differences and they do not break up hitting the earth. The rock has carried heavy load though one could not identify it as a big piece.

The rock's solid body with molten crust all over its surface proves that it's an independent sample and not a fragment of a big meteorite broken up under the force of atmospheric pressure.

It's the only one of its kind,

and you will not find it in any world meteorite collection.

The rock is very well preserved

inspite of its staying in earth for years or maybe decades.

Take a closer look at the rock's picture and you will say fair words that

it's impossible to duplicate or fake in earthly conditions.

Both the shape and the contents of the rock are of great interest.

The following specific minerals signs peculiar only to meteorites have been found out on the rock's split:

- scattered tiny small parts or white-silvery sparkles are inclusions of nickel iron and golden sparkles are inclusions of troilite (sulphide of iron FeS). These small parts are found like separate drops, curved tracks made of drops, thread-like inclusions and small accumulation in different parts of a split and on fused inclusions frequently fine-dyspersated ones.

There are several tiny rust stains formed as a result of corrosion by atmospheric oxygen (eight years after the rock was found) of another specific meteorite mineral named lawrencite unstable in Earth conditions. There are also several protruding rust drops as a result of corrosion vivid on some small splits on meteorite's surface (that contacted the earth prior to the finding) due to corrosion of nickel iron and sulphide of iron. The rock's perfect appearance and firm solid structure is due to the fact that such rust drops and stains are just a few.

Judging by the quantity of metallic inclusions the rock is meager of iron and it's evidently not enough to show the meteorite's magnetic behaviour. The compass needle does not bend aside when placed at the rock. That is also the reason of the meteorite's relatively small weight. But these factors only add its exceptional uniqueness.

The rock's split is rich in microbreccia and various inclusions,

such as inclusions of fragmental ellipsoid, round, oval and rectangular disintegrated rock formations one of which is strictly round in the shape of a ring another is square 0,6x0,6mm, one resembles Russion capital latter "П" with sides 1,8x1,8mm thick, the line is 0,5mm thick, horseshoe-shaped, with a vague form and other concretions not more than 2-3mm in size, sometimes a bit larger; black inclusions (in the molten crust on the split) less than 1 mm in size with all its surface covered by microscopic round knobs.

The following inclusions have been discovered:

-microvoids in the shape of oval holes, fully round concentric holes different in diameter, rectangular, shapeless, resembling capital letter "T", many axonometric gaunt thread-like microscopic formations with very thin dividers stamped on the rock. Some of microvoids are partially filled with various inclusions and others have apparently lost such inclusions when the rock was cut. One of round microscopic holes located along the rock's split is almost fully filled with inclusions looking like segments of caterpillar's body (though digital photocamera facilities do not allow us to view such microscopic segments on the picture, I assure you that it's true);

-microcavities filled with crystalline inclusions with partition walls covered by thin fused shell as well as unusual holes, for instance cuboid with 1mm sides and cylindrical beam inside about 0,1mm in diameter connecting the centres of two opposite flat areas (one of such cubes was discovered on the split whereas another one was found on the rock's surface in the molten crust).

It should be mentioned that the majority of inclusions can be seen at 10-20 times magnification.

ATTENTION!!! No chondros have been detected on the rock's split and as per present classification the rock

may be attributed to a rare differentiated type of meteorites-achondrites

(there only 7,2% of achondrites found on Earth). This type of stony meteorites has been formed by means of crystallization of molten rock substance. Just a glance at the rock's split makes multiple and various molten inclusions visible. As it's well-known very rare space travellers from the Moon and Mars belong to this type of meteorites and this category attracts special attention of Reseachers who found ancient fossils of unearthly biological origin - the signs of life on other planets.

Besides the bright sparkling microcrystals garland some inclusions, maybe these are tiny grains of diamond. Sometimes they are called extrasolar and interstellar mineral grains that are older than the Solar system itsef and are carried from other star systems and interstellar space. And if these facts are true, Python's Head price only increases.

Some fragments of meteorite's split maybe found here: 1, 2, 3, 4. The picture's quality leaves much to be desired due to limitations of digital photocamera.

The rock's morphology and all the above-mentioned results of preliminary investigation identify the heaven rock as a meteorite unique in many parameters and of extraordinary rarity.

The meteorite's further classification is possible by means of special scientific research of its substance by means of chemical, mineralogical, isotop and other well-known scientific methods.

And you will be right if you ask me why I haven't done it till the present moment?

As a matter of fact after the finding I made a suggestion that the rock that I found looked like meteorite, but I was too busy during that time to speculate about the issue. And the rock was undeservedly laying on the shelf during all the past years. It would be wrong to say that it was forgotten as I was always dreaming of studying it by myself due to its extraordinary appearance. Eight years had passed until I was able to appreciate extreme uniqueness of the godsend and found out that my potential is not enough to study the rock and it was time to turn to science. There are two main institutions in Russia that could answer my questions namely GEOHI RAN and International Meteorites Committee. That means literally to saw off 20% of the rock and submit it to the Institute for thorough investigation. There are no objections on this issue - it's a sacred duty of every meteorite owner to do the research necessary though in this case taking into account its unique oriented shape to saw the rock off means to deprive it of integrity, its scientific, aesthetic and collection value.

Under the circumstances it's hard to continue with further research that is likely to entail sensational discoveries.

The only reasonable solution for the time being is to sell the meteorite first of all to those interested in its acquisition and making their own "merciful" research.

With this offer I would like to end my entertaining story.

Pleasy feel free to write me I will consider all proposals to choose the most lucrative one. The starting price is not fixed as I would like the prospective customer to make his own price offer. The prospective owner will surely be able to evaluate this rare opportunity to possess the genuine work of space.

Hurry up and you will increase your profits.

The space rocks are valued more than gold in many countries. They are more expensive than any jewels. That has become a popular trend in Russia as well.

Take your chance!
